The most important points

Check In

• Take pictures of the condition and damages in case there are any and inform us and/or your landlord immediately about them.

Wi-Fi

• While you live in the apartment, you are responsible for the data transmitted over the WI-FI. You are obliged to comply with the applicable laws when using the W-IFI. Do not distribute immoral and illegal content.

• If the WI-FI does not work, please contact the landlord.

Insurances (liability and household)

Apartment living

• Clear away rubbish regularly & separate your waste according to the house rules

• Keep the apartment in clean condition and air the apartment regularly

• If you like to get support with cleaning– feel free to contact us for cleaning personnel

• Please respect the house rules (e.g., not smoking, quiet hours, keeping pets etc.)

• Check if your name is on the entrance door & the post box. Check your Post box regularly

Extension /cancellation of your rental period

• If you like to extend or to cancel your stay in your temporary home, keep the date (usually written in your rental contract) until when you can inform your landlord/apartment agency

Check out

• Schedule an appointment with the landlord for the apartment hand over

• Leave the apartment behind in clean and tidy condition.

• Clear away the trash

• Take some pictures of the condition and damages in case there are some
