The most important points
Check In

Take pictures of the condition and damages in case there are any and inform us and/or your landlord immediately about them.
Wi-Fi

While you live in the apartment, you are responsible for the data transmitted over the WI-FI. You are obliged to comply with the applicable laws when using the W-IFI. Do not distribute immoral and illegal content.

If the WI-FI does not work, please contact the landlord.
Insurances (liability and household)

Apartment living

Clear away rubbish regularly & separate your waste according to the house rules

Keep the apartment in clean condition and air the apartment regularly

If you like to get support with cleaning– feel free to contact us for cleaning personnel

Please respect the house rules (e.g., not smoking, quiet hours, keeping pets etc.)

Check if your name is on the entrance door & the post box. Check your Post box regularly
Extension /cancellation of your rental period

If you like to extend or to cancel your stay in your temporary home, keep the date (usually written in your rental contract) until when you can inform your landlord/apartment agency

Schedule an appointment with the landlord for the apartment hand over

Leave the apartment behind in clean and tidy condition.
