Wilde Relocation is closely monitoring all national and international updates on the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure that our measures are compliant with the latest developments and official requirements.
Please note that we are currently unable to accompany our clients to the immigration office, house/apartment viewings or other official appointments. We will inform your employee about this circumstance and continue to assist with all administrative processes online or via phone.
Unfortunately, these precautions may cause minor delays in processing. In order to keep physical contact of any kind to an absolute minimum, we may be required to reduce the number of appointments with the citizens registration office and the tax office. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Please rest assured that we will do our best to provide you and your employee with extensive and continuous support:
We are constantly reviewing the authorities’ official instructions and recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute. Required updates will be applied to our internal policies and action plans immediately.
To make sure our employees remain as safe as possible, we adapted to a hybrid model, which combines office time and work from home. Our team frequents our office on different schedules and in staggered groups, to check the mailbox and guarantee a smooth receipt/delivery of passports and documents. You can still reach all our account managers on their cell phone number, please find them in their respective e-mail signature.
Current quarantine regulations
If traveling to Germany from a high-risk area or an area of variants of concern, you must register at the travel portal at https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de. Upon entry, bring the confirmation with you for inspection by the Federal Police
When you’re traveling from an area of variants of concern the quarantine lasts 14 days. It is not possible to end the quarantine prematurely.
When you’re traveling from a high-risk area, the quarantine period consists of 10 days. If you submit proof of vaccination or recovery, your quarantine will end at the time of submission. Quarantine also ends if the result of a test, carried out at the earliest five days after entry, is negative. Please note that depending on where the assignee is tested, it can take one to three days until they will receive their results.
You can find the list of high-risk areas and areas of variants of concern at: https://www.rki.de/risikogebiete
If symptoms occur within 10 days after entry despite a negative test result, the assignee is required to immediately place themselves in self-isolation and inform the authorities. They may be ordered to take a second test.
It is advisable to download the Corona App, which serves as a warning system and aims to reduce the spread of COVID-19. For more information on the corona app and how to use it please visit the official site.
